How can I register?
You can register online at www.quickrelease.com.my/xtrail or download the entry form, fill it up and fax to (603) 7710 9985
How will I know if my entry has been accepted?
Online Registration: You will receive a confirmation email upon your successful registration.
You will need to present your NRIC/ Passport when collecting your Race Kit.
Can I change race categories after I have registered?
Yes. You can submit your request at our CONTACT US page before registration closes. Ammendments will be made prior to availability.
Why is it that I have not received a confirmation email despite registering?
There could be several reasons:
- The email has been blocked by your mail server and/ or treated as Spam (check your junk mail box).
- Your registration was not successful.
- Error in your email address.
If all the above fails, please write in to us and provide the following information, to enable us to check if we have received your registration:
- Name
- NRIC/ Passport No.
- Race category
- Date of registration
Please allow at least 3-5 working days for us to process your request.
Will there be any finishing medal for the race?
No.
Will there be any Certificate for participation?
No.
If I do not wish to withdraw from the race, can I transfer my registration?
No.
If I can’t make it for the race kit collection day, can I get my friend to collect the race kit on my behalf?
Yes, you may appoint your relatives, friends or representatives to collect the race pack on your behalf. However, authorisation forms must be presented on the race kit collection day.

Will there be baggage area allocated on the race day?
No.
Will there be individual flag-off time for each category?
No. There will be only two flag-off times. Flag-off time is at 8.00am sharp for the 10km and 8.15am sharp for the 4km.
